I’m always trying to think of new, easy, but still sophisticated things to serve when hosting friends over for dinner. Today I’m partnering with Spectrum Culinary™ oil to put together an easy and delicious spread with no cooking required! Here’s how to put it together + a cool, free San Francisco cooking event this weekend for any local friends out there…

Open boxes of fancy crackers, and cheeses. Spread out some small fruits like grapes and bowls of nuts. Cut some bread and open up bottles of oils – like Spectrum® Organic Extra Virgin Mediterranean Olive Oil, Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Organic Virgin Coconut Oil and Avocado Oil – to try dipping them in, and some vinegars in bowls as well!
